As a cook I am not great, but I copy from other people with great delight. I have very few recipes that I am known for. I am not very domesticated but I try very hard for those I love.
Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen thighs
- 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti
- 1/4 cup of jalepenos
- 1 (16-ounce) package Velveeta cheese
- seasoning salt
- black paper
- Place the chicken in a large pot and just cover with water. Cook over medium-low heat until cooked through. Try not to boil the chicken as it can make it tough. Allow to cool enough to handle, then shred using two forks.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine the jalepenos, and undiluted cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of water solution from chicken broth and salt using seasoned salt and pepper.
- Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheeses have melted. Add the garlic powder and onion powder. Add the pulled chicken and cooked spaghetti. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and cover with the Velveeta cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese has melted.

Millionaire Pie
2 8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 Large can crushed pineapple
1 c chopped pecans
1 container of Cool Whip
2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
Blend together in large container. Pour into pie crusts. Chill for one hour

Instant Hot Chocolate
8 QT. box powdered milk
12 oz. jar powdered cream
1 lb. can hot chocolate mix
1 lb. box powdered sugar.
Mix and store in a large covered container. Use 1/3/ cup of mix to 1 c boiling water.

Spice Tea
Mix: 2 c, Tang
3/4 instant tea
1 (3oz.) pkg lemonade mix (with sugar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon Cloves (ground)
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
To make one cup of tea, add 2 teaspoon of mix and 1 teaspoon sugar to 1 cup of water.

2 Sticks of margarine
In 13 x 9 pan. covered bottom of crushed pineapple-cover with pie filling cover with cake mix- cut up margarine in small squares - cover completely with margarine. Cook 350 degrees 45 minutes.
